Abuse Report Policy

Last UpdatedFebruary 28, 2026

HeadShooter AI adheres to the principles of fair, safe, and privacy-respecting technology application. To prevent Generative AI (AIGC) from being used for illegal or malicious purposes, we have established this "Abuse Report Policy."

Chapter 1: Definition of Violations

We strictly prohibit the generation, distribution, or processing of the following prohibited content:

1.1 Likeness Infringement

  • Accessing or uploading someone else's clearly identifiable photos without authorization for AI model training.
  • Impersonating public figures, government officials, or any specific third-party for malicious generation.

1.2 Pornographic, Violent, and Terrorist Content

  • Generating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or simulated images with such features.
  • Producing extremely cruel, bloody, illegal, terrorist propaganda, or extreme political violence.

1.3 Defamation, Hate Speech, and Harassment

  • Producing images with clear defamatory intent, personal attack, racial discrimination, religious exclusion, or targeting specific groups (e.g., disability, orientation).

1.4 Deepfake Frauds

  • Forging fake news, identities, or producing impersonating audio/video (using the faces generated here) for financial fraud or political interference.

Chapter 2: How to Report (Reporting Process)

If you find a user generating prohibited content or notice your likeness is being used without authorization:

2.1 Prepare Evidence

To speed up processing, provide:

  1. Links or screenshots of prohibited works: Task ID (if available) is preferred.
  2. Specific reasons: e.g., "This photo is of me, uploaded without permission."
  3. Identity Verification (Optional): We may need proof consistent with the uploaded photo for verification in likeness infringement cases.

2.2 Reporting Channels

Send evidence to our safety and compliance mailbox:

Chapter 3: Processing and Timeline

Our Compliance Team will handle reports as follows:

3.1 Intake

Initial filtering will be completed within 24 to 48 hours to confirm if the reported content was produced by our Service.

3.2 Emergency Action

For cases involving CSAM or immediate physical threats, we will implement an "Unpublish First, Investigate Later" emergency suspension of the suspected account.

3.3 Investigation

We will trace original prompts, uploaded materials, and account records. If verified:

  • Permanently block the offending account.
  • Forfeit any remaining subscription credits.
  • Physically delete the prohibited images and training weights from the server.

Chapter 4: Legal Assistance and Reporting Mechanism

4.1 Cooperation with Law Enforcement

For criminal abuse (e.g., fraud, exploitation, national security threats), we will cooperate with law enforcement (such as local police or Interpol) and provide necessary digital evidence in accordance with the law.

4.2 Counter-Reporting (Appeal)

If your account was suspended due to a false report, you can appeal with an explanation and evidence. We will re-examine and restore your rights upon clarification.

Chapter 5: Future Prevention and Monitoring

We continuously develop prevention technologies:

  • Content Safety Filters: Automatically block prompts with restricted keywords.
  • Digital Watermarking: Embed invisible identifiers in outputs for tracing.

It is everyone's responsibility to safeguard the healthy development of AI technology. Thank you for reporting violations.
