Chapter 3: Fees and Subscription

3.2 Payment Methods

We process transactions through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You must comply with their rules. Payments are settled in the currency indicated on the platform.

3.3 Refund Policy

1. Digital Content Exception: As our "AI Image Generation" and "Virtual Credits" are digital content provided non-tangibly, they are provided immediately upon request.
2. Refund Conditions: Once an AI training task or generation is initiated, the service is deemed consumed and is generally non-refundable.
3. Exceptions: If a system failure prevents image generation after payment, contact support within 14 days for assistance.

Chapter 4: Intellectual Property and Ownership

4.1 Original Material (Input)

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely to provide the AI generation service to you.

4.2 Generated Output (Outputs)

1. Ownership: Ownership and related copyrights of the final generated images belong to the User, provided you comply with these Terms.
2. Commercial Use: You may use generated images for commercial purposes, provided your original material did not infringe on others' rights.
3. AI Labeling: We suggest labeling outputs as "AI-assisted generation" where appropriate.

4.3 Platform Rights

All algorithms, software code, logos, UI designs, and organized Composes are the intellectual property of HeadShooter and its suppliers. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

Chapter 5: User Conduct and Compliance

You agree to use the Service legally and prohibit the following:

1. Invading Privacy: Training AI on others' photos without authorization.
2. Illegal Content: Generating pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
3. Malicious Deepfakes: Using the service for fraud, impersonation, or harassment.
4. System Attacks: Attempting to hack, crack, or stress-test our servers.
5. IP Infringement: Uploading copyrighted material without permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Chapter 6: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Technical Limitations

AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs may contain flaws (e.g., anatomical errors in hands, lighting artifacts) and may not perfectly match your subjective expectations.

6.2 Service Availability

We strive for stability but are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or failures caused by power outages, network issues, hacker attacks, or force majeure events.

6.3 Liability Ceiling

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to the platform in the three months preceding the incident.

7.1 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified content will be published on the website and becomes effective upon posting.

7.2 Termination

You may delete your account via settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or legal disputes.
